IPRS Means In-Pond Raceway System.

The Advantage of IPRS system

1-Airlift(WW unit) creates water flow in the cells and lets the fish swim just like a sport on a “running machine”. More exercise and better health!

2-The waste collection system at the end of IPRS system can effectively remove fish wastes outside of the Aquaculture pond just like a “toilet for fish” in the pond

3-Airlift( WW unit), Bottom Aeration system, and even pure oxygen system will ensure the ideal DO in the culture raceway which is very important for high growth rate and low FCR.

4-IPRS cells only account for around 2% of the total culture pond, the rest will be used for waste treatment and water purification. With proper management of water flow in the IPRS pond, its self-purifying ability will be much higher than in traditional fish ponds.

It uses 1.5-2% of the pond Area to build the raceway and use the Aero-Tube system to raise all feeding fish in the race and utilizes 98.5% of other areas of the pond’s nature biological water purify function. Also at the end of the race, there is a manure collection system. In this way aquaculture management is easy, the production can be higher than the common, and also the power cost can be lower than the common way.
