1. YL-L surge aerator is one of the most up-to-date domestic aeration equipment specially designed by our company for breeding all kinds of aquatic products. It is researched and developed from YL surge aerator with much experience in manufacturing and advanced products at home and abroad. YL-L has all the features of the YL series and additionally, it adds a wave-making function that is taking an international leading position.

2. YL-L surge aerator uses a double gearbox in structure in which two respectively drive impeller and counterbalance to make the machine move in a circle on the water. While it’s making the spray, it can make translational waves and impellent flow on the water in order to enlarge the range of aeration, which is two times the old type. It saves electricity consumption a lot this way.

YL impeller aerator has function features below:

Good aeration effect——spinning impeller stirs water flow and pushes it to improve the aeration capacity, which has a wide range of impellent flows and high efficiency on aeration.

Wide impellent flow range——the range of impellent flow can be wider than 80 meters. The height of pumping can be higher than 1 meter. And the radius of spray can be 3-5 meters. The product is applied to aerating in the square fishpond.

Low cost for breeding——the aeration has a low price, long service life, energy-saving, small current, and good aeration effect, which can raise breeding density in order to decrease production cost.

Reliable structure——the aeration is combined with the main engine made of motor stator housing, gear cavity, variable speed gear-pair, and seals with three floating bodies. The motor is designed according to the requirements of designing a diving motor, which achieves the safety level of IPX8. It decreases the temperature of the motor with water which has a good effect. The motor has a longer service life, and good sealability, and is safe and reliable. With a gear reducer, the driving mechanism works more stable and works a longer life.

Low starting voltage——the motor is improved low voltage design. Even if the electric network voltage decrease to 170V(single-phase) or 300V(three phases), the aeration can start to work properly with the load.
