YC waterwheel (paddle-wheel) aerator is the most up-to-date and advanced aerator developed by our company for breeding all kinds of aquatic products. The machine has the simplest structure and a reliable power transmission system.
Main advantages and features——the traditional waterwheel principle and the form of animal claw the system utilizes are innovative achievements combined with a patent for utility model technology of our company. (The patent number is 2006 2 0047573.0). It’s the unique and novel aeration technology integrating modern technology. The gear pair will not pollute the water as it does not need lubricating. It’s a new generation of waterwheel mechanical equipment for breeding aquatic products.
Design features——customers can choose from two forms and four specifications of single-phase and three phases by themselves. The optimized program was designed by software for motor design and the protection level has reached IPX8, which meets the national requirements for the driving motors. In its operation lifespan, the motor is reliable in water for seal.
Innovation value——YC aerator has the advantages of good aeration effect, large range of impellent flow, low cost of breeding, novel and reliable structure, low starting voltage, etc. The new products of 0.75kW and 1.5kW both added one more paddle wheel. Thus, the aeration capacity increases by 20% to 30% and has good commercial value.
